- We will try and contact you if an item is currently not in stock and let you know when our estimated time of arrival is. We are more than happy to provide a full refund if the wait is not acceptable.

- We do our best to provide the tracking number through email when shipped. If you did not receive an email but our site says your order is “complete”, please respond to your order confirmation email and ask for the tracking number or email us directly at [email protected] and we will try to get this info to you as quickly as possible.
